VIBE & FLOW

CONNECT MIND AND BODY.
EXPRESS YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF.

An energetic, strength-building vinyasa flow that encourages embodied authenticity.  This fun class uses upbeat music to guide movement in a way that is intuitive and expressive. Vocalizations, improvisations, and variations are welcomed in this space, to honor each unique individual’s body and practice. Expect challenging movement within a yoga framework as we raise our vibration and share our energy, moving in this space together as a group. Specific cuing will be given to activate and strengthen the muscles of the core and Bandhas, in order to provide and build a solid foundation for safe and controlled movement. To round out the class, we will settle into some stillness with flexibility work, and close with a meditative savasana.

Vinyasa Flow

CONNECT WITH YOUR PHYSICAL BODY.

SHIFT ENERGY THROUGH MOVEMENT.

A chill, grounded vinyasa flow that encourages turning the senses inward.   This fun class uses flowing music to guide a balanced blend of strength/stability, balance, and mobility. All bodies are welcome in this space, and modifications and progressions will be offered. Specific cuing will be given to activate the muscles of the core and coordinate movement with the breath, in order to fully immerse yourself in your bodily experience. To round out the class, we will settle into some stillness with flexibility work, and close with a meditative savasana.

Warrior One

CORE CONNECT

Connect â—½ Activate â—½ Engage

Learn to activate your inner core and pelvic floor to improve your stability and posture. Create a strong foundation to optimize athletic performance. Reconnect with your midsection even years after pregnancy. This fun class uses music to guide movement in a way that is intuitive and expressive. We will work within a loose framework of yoga poses and traditional fitness movements. Palpation, isolated contractions, and coordinated movements will be used to define your midsection, lift the glutes, and support the spine. Challenge level easily adapted to the needs and abilities of each group.
